Rhonda is a mom, a wife, and a hairstylist of 30+ years. The kind of career that teaches you as much about people as it does about hair. Working with clients and training apprentices out of her own studio, she's built real skill in client retention and the business practices an systems that actually keep a small business running.
As she winds down her salon business, Rhonda is turning her attention to what she loves most: passing that knowledge on. Three decades of behind-the-chair experience taught her the fundamentals the hard way and now she's here to make sure other small business owners don't have to learn them alone.

A graduate of cosmetology school in 2012 Jess was extremely ambitious. Being a small business owner has been an amazing experience that motivated her in expansion.
Continuing education is extremely important, which is why she became Master Balayage Certified, one of only a few people in Utah that is certified. Along with other certified specialties, Balayage, reds, and blondes are her favorite techniques to work with behind her chair.
She is looking forward to getting to know and working with each of you! Her goals are to bring a community of our entrepreneurs together and take education to the next level by using social media, hosting education and more.
